We had the immense pleasure of welcoming the distinguished representatives from the CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) Board and Investors Council as they toured our state-of-the-art vaccine manufacturing facilities in Diamniadio.
This visit highlights the strong partnership Institut Pasteur de Dakar & CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) have formed, as we jointly strive to advance equitable access to life-saving vaccines, specifically through our recently signed 10-year partnership agreement.
🔵 Earlier this year, Institut Pasteur de Dakar and CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations) joined forces to expand our capacity in producing routine immunization vaccines across multiple cutting-edge technologies. Additionally, we have committed to reserving capacity to swiftly supply vaccines to Global South countries during disease outbreaks.
The visit showcased our unwavering dedication to the cause of global health security, highlighting the progress of our collaborative efforts. They showed great enthusiasm and applauded our commitment to ensuring that everyone, regardless of their geolocation, can access life-saving vaccines in an equitable manner.
As we forge ahead, we are confident that through our partnership with CEPI (Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations), we will continue to make tremendous progress in expanding access to immunization across the globe.
