On Wednesday, 8 April 2026, Institut Pasteur de Dakar welcomed students from the Diplomacy Section (Cycle A) of Senegal’s Ecole Nationale d’Administration (ENA), as part of an effort to raise awareness among future diplomatic leaders about IPD’s strategic international role.
