Yesterday, we had the distinct honor of welcoming Ms.ย ๐‰๐ฎ๐ญ๐ญ๐š ๐”๐ซ๐ฉ๐ข๐ฅ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ž๐ง, Commissioner for International Partnerships of the European Commission and Dr. ๐ˆ๐›๐ซ๐š๐ก๐ข๐ฆ๐š ๐’๐ฒ, Ministรจre de la Santรฉ et de l’Action sociale to the Vaccinopole in Diamniadio. This important visit is part of a broader mission to Senegal.

We were also pleased to host H.E. ๐‰๐ž๐š๐ง-๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐œ ๐๐ข๐ฌ๐š๐ง๐ข, Ambassador of L’Union europรฉenne au Sรฉnรฉgal alongside the Ambassadors of the hashtag#TeamEurope member countries.

This meeting was a valuable opportunity to highlight the progress made in the MADIBA project. From the very beginning, the European Union has shown great trust in and provided steadfast support to this initiative, which is critical for ensuring sustainable and equitable access to quality healthcare in Africa. The visit also allowed our distinguished guests to witness firsthand the advancements being made toward establishing local vaccine production capabilities.
