The 3rd edition of the Dakar Epidemics Forum took place yesterday, marking a significant milestone in discussions on the most pressing health challenges in Africa. Organized by ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ƒ๐ž๐ฉ๐š๐ซ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐๐ฎ๐›๐ฅ๐ข๐œ ๐‡๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก at the Institut Pasteur de Dakar, this event provided a strategic platform for discussions on epidemic control policies and public health challenges across the continent.

On December 12, 2024, this day of reflection was part of the centenary celebrations of the Institut Pasteur de Dakar, with the participation of high-level figures such as:

As part of the centenary celebrations, we are proud to highlight the collaboration between African countries and the global community to accelerate the fight against diseases. Over the past few years, IPD has supported more than 40 African countries in detecting and managing epidemics. Events like the ๐ƒ๐š๐ค๐š๐ซ ๐„๐ฉ๐ข๐๐ž๐ฆ๐ข๐œ๐ฌ ๐…๐จ๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฆ help strengthen these exchanges and partnerships.
